Blue Bottle

Have you ever bought a bottle of beer or wine based solely on its looks?  Recently, I did. This one grabbed my attention because of the beautiful, cobalt-blue glass.

And the name--Polka dot! 

 Even the cap is cute:

So, what did a Riesling with a silly name and cute graphics taste like?

Quite good, actually. Crisp and clean and fun. Unpretentious. Much like the packaging.

And when it comes to packaging, I love blue bottles.

It's a bit of an obsession.
