I just came back from a week of hiking in the Canadian Rockies, one of my favorite areas on Earth. Everywhere you look, you see scenes like this:

The food was fantastic--and some of it was right off the side of the trail! These wild strawberries were ridiculously, intensely flavored. One tiny berry explodes in the mouth:
