Key Features
  • Thornless Variety: Enjoy hassle-free harvesting with our thornless design, allowing you to pick ripe blackberries without the worry of painful thorns.
  • Compact Size: Standing at 23cm, this blackberry plant is perfect for smaller gardens or container gardening, making it an ideal choice for urban dwellers or those with limited space.
  • High Yield: The BLACKBERRY ROSOBLACK PRIME produces abundant crops of large, juicy blackberries that are rich in flavor. Expect a bountiful harvest throughout the growing season.
  • Self-Pollinating: This variety is self-pollinating, meaning you won’t need multiple plants to ensure fruit production. One plant is enough to yield a generous crop.
  • Disease Resistant: Engineered for resilience, this blackberry plant is resistant to common diseases, ensuring healthy growth and fruitful yields year after year.

Growing Conditions

  • Sunlight Requirements: Thrives in full sun but can tolerate partial shade. Ensure it receives at least 6 hours of sunlight daily for optimal fruit production.

  • Watering Needs: Regular watering is essential during dry spells; however, avoid overwatering as this can lead to root rot. Aim for consistent moisture without waterlogging the roots.

Care Instructions

To maintain the health and productivity of your BLACKBERRY ROSOBLACK PRIME:

  1. Pruning: Prune back any dead or damaged canes in early spring before new growth begins.
  2. Fertilization: Apply a balanced fertilizer in early spring and again mid-season to support vigorous growth and fruit development.
  3. Mulching: Use mulch around the base of the plant to retain moisture and suppress weeds.

LIME BEARSS 4KG FRUIT TREE https://www.stodels.com/product/lime-bearss-4kg-fruit-tree/ Wed, 27 Nov 2024 15:33:24 +0000 https://www.stodels.com/?post_type=product&p=28124 Lime fruit has enjoyed a boost in popularity in the South-Africa in the past few decades. This has prompted many home gardeners to plant a lime tree of their own. Whether you live in an area where lime trees can grow outdoors year round or if you must grow your lime tree in a container, growing lime trees can be rewarding and fun.

Bearss Lime Fruit:

Bearss lime fruit appearance:

  • When ripe the fruit is dark green to pale green, depending on when you pick (see below discussion).
  • With increased ripening, small patches of yellow will appear as well as other changes (see below discussion).
  • The Bearss lime fruit is usually slightly smaller or similar in size to a standard lemon.
  • The skin is rather smooth and thin.
  • The flesh of the fruit is tightly clinging to the flesh and the pulp is light greenish-yellow when ripe.
  • The Bearss lime has a characteristic thin nipple on the blossom end of the fruit which is the leftover end of the flowers stigma.

When growing lime trees, make sure that where your lime tree will be planted will receive plenty of sunshine. If at all possible, choose a location that gets southern sun. Second, make sure the drainage is excellent. If you pay attention to no other lime tree tips, you must pay attention to this one. Growing lime trees in soil that does not have excellent drainage will kill your lime tree. Amend the soil in improve drainage to make sure that your lime tree will never be exposed to standing water. If planting in the ground, make sure the soil around the tree is a little higher than the ground outside the planting hole to prevent pooling of water around the lime tree. Third, when backfilling the hole or container, be sure to make sure that the soil is firmly in place around the root ball.

Peach Sandvliet Tree Care Tips

The Peach Sandvliet Tree is a delightful addition to any garden, offering not only luscious, juicy peaches but also ornamental beauty. To keep your tree healthy and productive, follow these essential care tips:

  1. Sunlight: Ensure your Peach Sandvliet Tree is planted in full sun, as it thrives best with at least 6-8 hours of direct sunlight each day.
  2. Soil: Plant in well-draining, fertile soil enriched with organic matter. The tree prefers slightly acidic to neutral pH levels for optimal growth.
  3. Watering: Keep the soil consistently moist, especially during the growing and fruiting season. However, avoid waterlogging by allowing the top layer of soil to dry slightly between waterings.
  4. Fertilization: In spring, feed your tree with a balanced, slow-release fertilizer to support its growth and fruit development. An additional feeding in early summer will encourage better fruiting.
  5. Pruning: Prune annually in late winter to early spring before new growth begins. Remove any dead or damaged branches and thin out overcrowded areas to improve air circulation and sunlight exposure.
  6. Pest and Disease Control: Regularly check for common pests like aphids or scale. Apply organic or chemical treatments if necessary. Keep an eye on signs of fungal diseases like leaf curl, and treat with appropriate fungicides if spotted.
  7. Harvesting: Harvest your Sandvliet peaches when they reach their full color and slightly soften when gently pressed. Early summer is typically the best time to enjoy the fruits of your labor.

By following these care tips, your Peach Sandvliet Tree will reward you with healthy growth and delicious peaches year after year.
