Back at the end of 2009, I decided to publicly humiliate myself by posting a photo of myself attempting to stretch in a straddle split (also called a second-position stretch). My baseline was this:
Ooogh. Not very good. I've been at it for a month now, and I didn't really think there was any forward movement, so to speak.
But when I took a photo today, here's what I found:
It's better! That fourth line away from the window has totally vanished under my tuchas! Yay!
I'm on my way.
